Fee Management Policy and Guidelines

SPPA occasionally receives calls regarding non-payment of fees and committees then having problems getting the payment from parents or carers.  It is important that your group’s collection system is robust and that your members are aware of your expectations in terms of payment of fees from the outset.  The fee management guidance will assist with setting up your system and dealing with any problems once they occur.
