SPPA gives evidence to Finance Committee on Scottish Government Budget

SPPA specifically comments on the impact of the recession on public sector budgets in Scotland for 2009 – 2010 and in future years, in particular, the pressures and demands on the Scottish Government’s 2010 – 2011 budget; and the likely implications for the Scottish Government’s budget in the longer term.

In addition to this written submission of evidence, SPPA has been invited to provide oral evidence at the Finance Committee’s meeting being held on 12th May having been selected from the membership of the Policy Committee of the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) to represent the interests of the wider, community-led, early years and childcare sectors
