Service evaluation questionnaires for SPPA groups

It is always important to seek parents and children’s views of their services and for them to express their opinion of the experiences they are given within the setting. 

The Care Commission also encourages groups to elicit feedback from their users. Consequently, SPPA has devised two questionnaires which may be used within your pre-school setting to help you obtain this information.
